[Anyone checking the bulletin board today will find a note written by a particular ice queen who they've more than likely encountered at some point in their life. Needless to say, their impression of her so far may not fall in a positive light, but it's not that she's necessarily concerned with others' perception of her. In any case, the note reads:]

It's not like I particularly care for any of you, but I'll be hosting a concert sometime next week. Lamenting our circumstances won't do any of us any good, so we need something to try and lighten the mood. It'll be at the Plains of Grief. Feel free to come if you feel like it.

[Though she'd never admit it verbally, she'd definitely appreciate it if you all came.]

...I'm taking it as though you want to participate?

[Utau stares Troubadour down for a good while before finally relenting with a sigh.]

...Very well. Who am I to crush people's dreams?

[She had done it before against her will, and she dare not revert back to that lifestyle.]

Really? [he puts his harp away (which is strapped to his back, under his cape) and takes an eager step towards her] Ah, I have so many songs I could sing! When can I take the stage?

[heartfulsong]

[She takes a step back. Goodness, hasn't anyone heard of personal space around here?]

We'll have to arrange a program of some sort, in that case. And if I'm allowing you to participate, then I suppose I'll have to allow everyone to participate to be fair. ...I suppose an open concert doesn't sound all that bad of an idea, though I suppose it'd be more of a talent show than a concert.
